2.2 Cancellation After Shipment
- Eligibility: Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be directly canceled. However, customers may refuse the delivery when the delivery agent arrives, provided the order is undamaged and unopened.
- Process: If the customer refuses the package, the cancellation will be initiated. Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the refused delivery to initiate the cancellation process.
